I recently purchased from a buyer whose EpicNPC name I do not know at the moment. He messaged me a while back when it came to buying a Fortnite account (January 2nd) but I do believe he deleted the conversation and mm request in fear of being found out. I do have his Discord name however, and his email, which should still be tied to the account. Discord is Kappa#8738, my Discord is Asuka#8805. I have images of the full conversation on Discord up to the point at which I was blocked. Anyway, I bought an account on January 2nd, and though it wasn't through EpicNPC, I still want to ask for recovery advice. I was able to use the account for about a week, though I only used it a day (I don't play too often). Later, on January 11th, I noticed I was unable to access or log into the account. I messaged him about said issue with logging in through Epic Games launcher. He told me the password was changed, and the email as well, which surprised me, because I attempted to change the email, though unable to until April 2nd. The email was [email protected] for the account, and it still should be, but I changed the password, and it was apparently changed again. What I am asking is if there is any way to break this info to Epic Games and get the account back in some way that poses me as not breaking the user agreement, or if the account is lost to me and I got scammed. The entire conversation is linked below:

Most of the information is described in the above imgur post. For evidence of purchase via Paypal, though I don't have access to paypal as a method of payment and receiving anymore, and will just need the account information:

I just want help at this point. A link to his user profile: https://www.epicnpc.com/members/blue-panda.576536/

TL;DR, I send him $50 in EUR over Paypal, with no access to Paypal from now, so no real refund is possible. However, I end up using the account once, and then the details are changed a week later for some reason (Again I assume he did change the details on purpose). I now have $50 out and no account to use. I would appreciate if you could message the person in some way and get the account info out of him at all possible. I don't have the Epic Games account anymore. If not, I don't know what to do...

Thank you for any assistance in recovering account info, but I can't just get a refund at this point, unless by Amazon, Steam, though that might not be possible. Thanks!

This is entirely untrue. I haven't sold the account to anyone, nor have I really had the chance to. The one time I logged into the account was shown in the above discord message, and then on the 9th, it was lost. Yes, he gave me the account, and I used it that same day, but only that same day, and I assume either him or his "friend" the one who he had send money to via PayPal (or for that matter, the original owner), changed the info. I couldn't do anything except play once, let alone resell the account. Last post I made here concerning fortnite was asking for an account, and his was the one I got. I never attempted to sell it, I wanted to keep it, but that didnt happen because the information was changed, as above in Discord. I'm starting to feel like the fact that his PayPal "was not verified" was a red flag.
