The deal was for this post - https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/paypal-transfer-to-payeer.2442468/
We agreed in chat (I'll invite you to the chat if possible to read) that I would send $105 to his paypal in return he would send $100 of that $105 I sent to my payeer and he could keep the $5 for the transfer.
He said he received the money I have screenshots etc
He is ignoring my messages. I just want a fully Refund of the $105 to my paypal I had to pay fees etc so nothing less than the $105 I sent him please. because it looks like I paid fee's for no reason now
