Scammed madazc1

So I made a trade with this guy. He even payed 1st. His PP was verified, he even had 2+ feedback.
5 days later, he refounded the money.

His pm.

The weird thing though. He had a different email when he payed yet by now he has a new one. I personally think PayPal is fked up with all the refound service.

I can't find anything that matches his info. He hasn't posted his skype and his email here doesn't match with that PayPal account.

Well, that's just messed up.
Basically everyone who uses fake info accounts can roam around and scam freely it seems.
Dumbest thing nowadays is that even people with 100% feedback aren't trustworthy anymore.
Also, his initial email he payed with was something like tgltgrtgr@hotmail/gmail.com can't remember cuz it was incoherent.

Here's the thing.
I added 2 guys that day, they both gave me their skype. I sold gold to one of them and the other one alrdy bought some gold.
Now, you pm'ed me and I gave my skype to you and only you, noone else contacted me.
Also, your location info keeps changing. Last time it was Sweden, now it's NZ? WTF

You have failed to show that camneat uses the Skype username madazc1

Please show proof this Skype belongs to him.

In this disputes the victim is saying madazc1 is martier.

It seems no one is confirming who they're talking to on Skype. You must contact the person directly on Epicnpc to confirm who you're talking to.

madazc1 is also from China, camneat is from NZ.

Moving to off site scammers forum if more proof is not provided.

Seems to me that this guy has a bunch of different accounts here on epicnpc. I don't think you can actually do anything about him.
Well sad but, I guess just avoid Chinese as much as you can.

Just to make it clear, there is zero proof madazc1 is camneat.

That skype does not belong to camneat and the IPs don't match. You were scammed by madazc1, not camneat.

Moving to Off-Site scammers forum.

You need to confirm who you're talking to when going off-site. A simple message saying "my skype username = whetever, what's your username?" would be perfect. You can then confirm the skype username.

Just a side note on this. Anytime I do a transaction with anyone on line or kik I aways make them send me a message on this site from their "claimed" username, just to verify
