Scammed, looking for advice on recall.

Basically, I sold my wow account about a month ago and last week the guy I sold it to issued a chargeback. Unfortunately I gave him full info including an ID scan. I successfully recalled it but sure enough a couple days later he re-recalled it. Now I know I can just recall it again and eventually get it banned for sharing/selling but that means he starts at square one, in the sense he has his money back and no account, and I lose my account and already lost the money. My question is this, is there anyway I can get the account back safely without it being banned ? One option I thought of was if I recalled it again, obviously waiting a little while to avoid getting it banned for 3 recalls in 1 week, and quickly transferred the toon off to a different B.net account and then got the original account banned. Would this work, or is there a better option ? Also, ideas on how to get the account perma banned quickly would be appreciated.

Hmm i would make a new battle.net account with the same last name on that account and upgrade it to wotlk and have that ready before you recall the account recall the account one last time and xfer the char off to the other account
