Scammed by alenlimon for a league account. After having paid him, he asked me to dispute the payment and close the dispute before giving me the "account details". after it not working for some reason, he decided to send me fake account logins so that he could screenshot it later and "prove" that he sent me the account details and i changed the password. However if you were to open a ticket with riot support you will find that the account was never opened by any device from my IP address. You can see how he is being dodgey and sketchy throughout the conversation.
What i dont understand is why this guy is not banned already since there was another dispute that clearly shows him scamming another person.

you can see how when he saw the that dispute was under paypal review and not closing he sent me the fake login to have "proof" that he gave me the account. It was magically no longer "needed"
