Describe the problem:
Igor_1992 and I agreed on a transaction of 300$ for his Star Wars The Old Republic Founder Account. We agreed to do business via PayPal. He specifically told me pretty easy directions on how to send payment, he said to do it through friends and family (which I now know it was a mistake) and when I sent him the 300$ payment, Igor told me that the payment was on hold and he asked me for an additional 150$, and his reasoning was "Its verification on the payment and he will refund me after payment released." I don't believe he will refund me, because if I sent him the 300$ and he's saying it's "on a hold", then how will I know the 150$ payment I send will be "on hold" Igor even had the gall to say it was my fault because I put a note on the payment and that note was the reason for the hold. I'm making this thread because I believe he scammed me for 300$ and I believe he's being incredibly suspicious, using this platform possibly to scam many others.
EDIT: I spoke with my bank, and it looks like I may to be able to get my payment back refunded to me. I will keep you updated with any changes.
