What is the dispute about?

Purchased a Destiny 2 account from this @Xoxin , seller stated that the original email address linked to the account was personal, so the mm @useeds changed it, after he requested that @Xoxin provides a photo of ID (which I'm sure @useeds never received, but went about the transaction anyway. Seller has xbox account linked to the Destiny account, and I was told that it could not be unlinked, due to being inactive since 2016. I played on the account for a few days, but suddenly I cannot login; when I try to send a recovery to the email @useeds provided, Steam reads that there's no account associated with that email address. The login on the Bungie website does not work as well. It has been recovered by the seller. I sent a message to @useeds about this problem, but no response. By far the worst mm I've ever dealt with.

Other details / notes: @useeds should have a photo of @Xoxin 's ID, as this was the form of trust we used to proceed with the deal, and it was his idea that I request it. I assume it was sent so that only he could see it, at that point he requested that I released the payment of $95 to @Xoxin. He never gave conformation of if he received the ID. I didn't change the email or password of the Steam account, as I thought it was fine since only the mm knows it.

With the screenshot above, you can see that the seller recovered the account to the original email address.

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)

@Xoxin Notified

Online today, we will await a response.
@useeds has the ID of this person. What's the point of getting a picture of the ID for security purposes when it's not put to use in the event of a scam? @Xoxin won't reply. Submit the information to an online database and ban the scammer. There's no other resolution.
