What is the dispute about? XEmber blocked me on Discord and deleted the EpicNPC thread listed above right after I sent him the money via Paypal. As a result, I never received the product that was listed. I cannot send him messages on Discord or even add him as a friend.
Other details / notes: I was thinking about going through a MM, but didn't go forward with it because he had 1 positive review on his EpicNPC profile that seemed legitimate.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) He did, but he deleted the thread right away after I sent the money. I never got a chance to take a picture of his post.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) None, I had to send the money first via Paypal Friends and Family.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? N/A. Never received the account information.
