We made the exchange without problems and the account worked. After two weeks the account was blocked and was returned to the original owner. I contacted with "wei yan" and he said he bought it for someone else. He told me to wait... after 1 week I did not receive any answer for him never again. I Lost my paypal dispute and he removed me from his skype.

I trusted him because he has over +50 rep in playerauctions, also i'm contacting with playerauctions for their safety.

He asked me to add him on skype from *******************
I did NOT tell him my epicnpc user, we do NOT have any messages on epicnpc
and he certainly has not posted on any of my threads.
The forum link he provided is complete bogus, he hasn't even posted on it.
(the only reason he found me on here is because my skype and epicnpc usernames are the same)

In addition, I did NOT recover the account. He is just mad that playerauctions and paypal rejected his allegations and won't cooperate with him. He even tried to scam the money back by claiming that his paypal was hacked. I can provide evidence of this.

Yes because I'm from Argentina and PlayerAuctions doesn't accept paypal from my country (only moneybookers). You can ask them if this is true.

After this problem with "your account" I Opened a dispute on paypal saying that the transaction was unauthorized because was the only way to try to get my money back but failed.

I sent all the proofs to PlayerAuctions and you'll be banned there too.

Stop lying. I'll open again a dispute in paypal giving them all this information, and your paypal will be blocked. I will do everything possible to give me my money back.

I sold him an account via skype that I had originally bought on playerauctions. The account username is "GameHippie" as he stated above.
Given his evidence, it is entirely possible that the original owner recovered the account, but I've had no troubles with it during my time of ownership.
I put my self interest before his, therefore I followed through with his paypal claim. Paypal voted in my favor. (DrFrank, it is impossible to reopen a closed paypal dispute, google it)
If I had a way of recovering the payment that I paid for the account, I would refund his money. However, I did not buy insurance on PA.
If this is against epicnpc rules, then I will make no excuses. Ban me

He will not refund anything because He lied, he deleted me from skype. He never had any intention of returning my money...
