I was scammed out of $300 by this user. They go by Sleepynite#5608 on discord. They had me send $300 via Apple Cash. Had me wait 3 hours. And then wanted me to send another $250 to a different Apple account. I asked for the account first since that seemed sketchy. The refused, blocked me, and won’t send me my money back

People impersonate me every single day trying to scam people. I am sorry you were scammed, but you have the wrong guy with your accusation. I have been doing this 15 years and 2000 transactions DOCUMENTED. I aint flushing it away for $300.

Well the number on the discord account is the same as the one on your profile so it’s the same account. The icon being different doesn’t mean ****. Either your bullshitting me that it wasn’t you, or your discord has been hacked.

my discord has not been hacked. I have had the same icon on there for 4 years now. and its still there I have MFA enabled no one has been on my discord

Sleepynite#5608 is me, add me and youll see that i do not have you blocked, and youll also see we have no past chat history.. Id be willing to bet, somehow he contacted you FIRST on discord. it wasn't the other way around. my paymet is always done through [email protected] or [email protected] if i am buying something from you.

LOL wait, are you saying you were scammed on discord, absolutely nothing to do with this site, then made a user on here to make this claim? I could not find you ever posting a WTB thread or anything. So how did this all take place..

Epicnpc please close and delete this thread. This user has never PMd me on contacted me on this site. or any mechanism for that matter. I am sorry he has seemingly lost money but there is not the forum nor am I involved in anyway

I had posted on this site but deleted the thread out of aggravation. The person impersonating you messaged me on discord after I posted a thread on this site. Sorry to bother you. I realize it wasn’t you. I’m just frustrated for falling for something this stupid and losing money

Given the evidence provided here, you were likely contacted by an off site scammer impersonating @Neoex. Since no confirmation or any kind of communication was made on EpicNPC, there is no way of knowing for sure who you were talking to on Discord, even if names and tags are the same. In the future I’d recommend staying on site when you can for any kind of dealings, and avoid Discord altogether and use an MM service to help keep you safe.

Important Note: If a reputable EpicNPC user contacts you directly on Discord about a post on EpicNPC, be extremely cautious here! Most scammers will do this to attempt to set up deals and take your items or money all the while impersonating trusted users.
