What is the dispute about? I was trying to buy a Mabinogi account from him, sent him the money and then he blocked me and changed his name.

that discord is completely different to the one he tells you to add

In the epicnpc pms he says that he sent me a friend request and that’s the only one I got. We talk about the account and I even ask if it’s him. He confirmed. It’s possible he used another account to hide

You see that he changed his name right after right? You can see in one of the pictures or most of them. That his name is "Ja". Then he changes it to "asffff"

The number in the epicnpc PM's is my Discord number. I got confused and thought it was 4344, but it was 4844. He never told me his discord.

Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to force them to give you the money back. You can try opening a paypal dispute and link this dispute where it will show we ruled he scammed you.
