What is the dispute about?
Thirak stole my Fate Grand Order account by submitting an invoice for the purchase price of $480 (marked 'paid') to my PayPal account, along with a fake screenshot showing that the $480 had been sent to my account. The invoice "terms and conditions" stated that the "payment" may take up to 24 hours to reflect in my PayPal balance. However, despite completing the transaction over a week ago, the $480 has not been added to my PayPal balance. Upon further research, it appears this method of submitting an invoice to the seller to make it appear as though their item had been legitimately purchased is a known scam (see https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensiveTrade/comments/2dj2m5/psapaypal_invoice_scam/).
