Describe the problem:
Purchased the account with TG Transaction #81914 on 5/29/2023. Account looked good, trade seemed to go very well. Thetehsystem by all appearances and actions was a reputable, ethical and trustworthy seller. Even communication with him would have led me to believe he was both mature and a good guy who had every intention of fixing any issues that may arise.
A few hours later the account was suspended. How long exactly I don't know. Logged out after purchase. Attempted to login approx 6 hours later to a suspended account.
Contacted Thetehsystem and he made it seem like he was very surprised and his demeanor suggested he had every intention of fixing the issue. He told me he would investigate the issue immediately after work yesterday and I have not heard a word from him since.
After my purchase occurred. He posted 2 new Sell threads for accounts that were nearly identical to the one I purchased. It appears both of those threads were shutdown. I would guess he was selling one account at a time, due to their value and the limited supply of people willing to buy accounts such as those. I would also guess that after I informed him the account was suspended he found out the other accounts he was planning to sell were similarly also suspended.
The reason given for suspension from Wizards of the Coast was for exploitation of bugs in the client.
Was not going to file a scam report with EpicNPC as, as I have mentioned, TheTehsystem appeared to be someone who had every intention of making this right. His disappearing for 2 days has changed that opinion. I'm hopefull that this will motivate him to show up and fix this.
I'll post any requested updates as I monitor the outcome of this thread.
