Approximate value of property: $197 USD in monetary value - $180 in Google Play Store Cards
Was a middleman used? No, he assured me he had one or two dealings with prominent members for high value transactions before (which is true)

Seller contacted me to ask if I'm interested in a better account with a great box at a more expensive price. This is my second PAD account that is meant to complement my main one via playing coop. The entire gmail conversation is attached, including some indecisiveness on both our parts. We settled on $180 in Google Play Store Cards ($197 in monetary value when bought from the card closet), and payment/ account would be delivered as follows:
1) I will pass him the code for the $100 card ($107 in monetary value) and receipts showing I have purchased all $180 worth of play store cards.
2) He will pass me the account transfer code and I will verify everything in his account is as described.
3) I pass him the remaining $80 play store cards ($90 in monetary value).
I never got the account transfer code and he has not replied to any of my emails.

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? 2 --> I got scammed by the first one for a small sum due to my own fault, and had one successful transaction with TLK24.
