Hi, I have just received a negative rating from a user I don't recall dealing with? He claims I haven't paid him? The account he referred to in the feedback has been paid for in full. However the seller was having issues on his end that I have no control over and I'm not paying him twice. The issue he claims to have is his money is locked and inaccessible to him, so he asked me to pay him again in Google credit which I won't be doing. The other people paid with the same money and same paypal have had no issues.
 
Notified to respond. must provide proof he dealt with you and that you did not pay him

This was the email in which I sen't him the account information. In terms of payment, shouldn't the buyer be able to provide payment details if he/she has indeed paid the full amount? And how does he not recall dealing with me when he clearly stated after that he knows what is going on? Should be ringing alarms by now. Don't know how this guy has not been reported before by others.

Because you had a different forum name, considering I have a positive feedback for the same thread if I recall correctly, why leave positive rating if you weren't paid? The first payment was $150 in Google play cards, the second payment was done exactly two weeks later and it consisted of $200 paypal. Thus concluded our transaction, I get an email a little later stating he can't access the money and paypal claims it has been "frozen" now he could provide no proof of this being the case so he proceeded to ask for more money. And no you're right I can not provide confirmation of payments unless there is a way to recover emails and the paypal I'm question has been closed.

*edit* you are correct I had the names on my feedback list confused and I apologize, but that does not change the fact that I didn't pay you. As for the not responding to emails I have been on vacation, you know things people do in the summer?

Why is this paypal closed? If his funds are frozen and your paypal is closed those are common issues and YOU need to resolve them since you paid him.

First off, I've never given you positive rating in the first place regarding this deal. If you find an account that give you feedback for this particular deal, please do tell the Moderator and I guarantee that it is not linked to the email which I used to contact you in the first place. That alone is making me question whether you even considered this a serious matter.

And I've always wondered. If you are dealing with legitimate business, why is there a need to close the Paypal account AND delete emails in the first place? Unless it never happened or you are trying to hide something, there is absolutely no reason to do so.

You should feel happy that I'm leaving you with only a negative rep and not filing a scam report, which you will probably get banned for if you don't honor your end of agreement. If you weren't so good to deal with before everything turned south, I probably would have filed that report already.

To the Moderator: yes we did agree that the payment would be in 2 installments, the first is $150 in Google Play credits, which I DID receive. The second amount I had wanted in Google Play credits as well, however, the buyer wanted to use Paypal, which I did agree to in the end. But you know what, the second payment never got to me for use.
 
The paypal was made to satisfy the demands of another buyer, the account was closed because I do not normally use paypal for my transactions. The only reason paypal was used for the 2nd transaction instead of google gift cards was due to the fact I had sold an account and figured I would use that to pay him. The paypal transaction did go through and he has verified this with me, I feel bad for the funds being frozen or whatever took place I really do. I'm not intentionally calling him a liar, I just want to know why my other purchase went through ok? And if I can truly resolve this by contacting paypal how do I go about doing so?

Mark I really am not trying to rip you off here, you were a great person to deal with.
 
TheBearJew please screenshot the transaction detailed payment page and email from paypal and post it and i will advise how to continue.

An email from paypal just arrived 30 minutes ago... Not sure if Trevor talked to Paypal.
