Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I posted a Thread about a Steam Item (in CS:GO section) . He contacted me on Skype and he sent me a message in EPICNPC Inbox.
I don't have much REP wile he is heavily REPed + Middleman + EPIC Verified + More, so I trusted him, and he didn't deliver. Simple as that.
Other details / notes: He sent me a fake message, telling me that's a copy paste from Paypal and that the Money will get Delivered in my Paypal Account in few Days. More in the Proof section.

And his response ? A "Paypal Copied" message as he claims, full of Grammar and Syntax mistakes . Childish and poorly written.
