What is the dispute about?
** Purchased his account (Paladin/Mage(Atiesh) combo) - he claimed since it was sent via checking account via paypal it was not processing but opted to wait the few days for clear. This was my initial mistake because it somehow got linked as my default and I overlooked. I use paypal often... Come Monday he never responded to me on this site or in discord. He has gone completely MIA after 3 days of us communicating.
He had a list of good rep- looks like he just decided to do something crazy...

Did the seller say he's the original owner? No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? None - he claimed the payment to him was still processing.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never got it
