Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: As posted on above ad, I added him on my steam messenger and we started discussing the account and I decided to buy the account. he asked to send money to him via paypal because it works the best and I sent him the money. After I sent him the money, he disappeared. of course blocked me and removed me from steam messenger.
Other details / notes: this isn't about money. I can careless about $15, I will skip out on a couple of beer during work. no big deal, but I'm just shocked how people/kids are in 2017 about dishonesty and no guilt in conscience of scamming others. this person may be stealing no big money, $15 who cares. but in 10 years, he may be scamming banks or bigger fraud. This type of person must be stopped and corrected to prevent any more victims small or big in the near future.
