Approximate value of property: $150, agreed to let him pay $130 first, still missing $20 from 21st October 2017.

What is the dispute about?
He negotiated with me that he couldn't pay the $150 upfront for an account on Dead Frontier, so I agreed to let him pay $130 first as he insisted and that he will pay the remaining $20 when he gets his "pay cheque", at this point its almost been 2 years and I think either he lost his job, or his pay cheque never came. Which is complete bullshit.
He seemed like a fairly good and reasonable guy, I don't remember exactly but I believe he had purchased from me before, and this was the second time he purchased from me. I have deleted the EpicNPC chat logs with this guy and now only left with discord chat logs.
I believe the admins/moderators are able to see long lost chat logs via EpicNPC PM.

I also am aware that he does have an account on EpicNPC, you guys can do an IP search to track down his emails etc. I dont exactly remember his username. If I was able to PM him here, he definitely has an account.
