Scammed by raizon

This guy scammed my Tree of Savior account

10 march 2017 he wrote me in Skype that he is interested in my ToS account.

Why do i think its him?
Similar skype name (wraith), similar interest in Archer gear, his thread was created on the same day he scammed me - 10 march. Too much coincidences?
Plus he has same IP from Romania (79.114.198.xx) - i got his Ip when he changed e-mail of my steam account. I asked a Mod and he has confirmed that this IP belongs to Raizon.

Of course he did not send anything. Instead he just deleted me from skype and robbered my Tree of Savior account. This was my fault, because i was too naive and gave him my account first.

Today he tried to scam me again, asking if he can exchange my restored account for his Overwatch. Scamming once was not enough?

After that PM he wrote me from his new Skype a message, that contained word "wraith" in his name. He was asking about Overwatch exchange (that question was 100% the same text just like he PMed me here).

I have no idea what this guy is talking about.
You can clearly see i sent him a message here i am interested in his Tree of Savior account and I can offer him an Overwatch account.
No idea who Adrian is.
I would like my negative feedback removed and this guy given an infraction or something.

I added a picture with our conversation on epicnpc. He never ended up adding me to Skype, therefor I am completely stupefied.
I don't know what this kid is smoking, but it's not doing him good.

Then how do i know your IP adress? Im in process of recovering Skype dialog, where you wrote me almost excatly text like here.

I was never in any connection with this kid.
I don't know what happened and whatever but i wash my hands with you guys.

Can confirm. I traded items with him. And today he disputed that he's never got them.
