Yesterday i was scammed by PaulModz2727 , i told him i was interested in a channel he was selling which is : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChLgzcJw591tyv0Tf7GccHA he told me to contact him on skype with the id: Samuel Laflamme i message him there before i took a look at his channel an told him its not monetized an he told me it was when he gave me, he told me to pay the $200 for the channel which i did an he grant me permission for the channel on checking it, i saw it wasn't monetized so he told me it was because he remove his adsense account from the channel an remove his videos to, so i close the page an told him to refund my money back, he later send me screen shot
which shows that the money was received into his account after a while he told me he is not seeing the transaction an again send me screen shot saying he is not seeing it
so i went to payal an fill a case against him which they sent him a message, so he contacted me back an told me to close the case so he will send me the refund back, which i did close the case:
thinking he will send the refund, i later close my laptop on coming back after a few hours, he had block me on skype an never issued a refund of the money to my account back.
so he scammed me $200 an never refunded my money back, please Epicnpc can you look into this an help me so i can get the money back please.
