Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I purchased a boost from d4 to d3 from Matej Zinic on 7/2/16. He said the job would be done in 1-2 days, 3 days at most. He starting playing on 7/3 and won 1 game, then lost 2 games and got demoted to d5. He then played two more games. He stopped playing after that, 3 days passed and I asked him for the status of the boost, if it was going to happen. It didn't happen and he said that his mouse had broken and would arrive sometime from 7/7 to 7/12 because it was not in stock at the time. So I waited until the next week and then he went on vacation. He said the vacation would end by the end of that week, 7/15 or 7/16, and he would at least try to find a place to play even on holiday. He couldn't find such a place and he said he could not offer a refund (100$) either. On 7/15 I asked him about the status of the boost and I voiced my frustrations. He got angry back and gave half an apology ("sry but its just unlucky"). He said his vacation would actually be going on until 7/19. On 7/19 he said he came back and then never contacted me again.
He did the opposite of the job he paid for, made me wait a month and hasn't contacted me in 10 days, after having taken my money.
