What is the dispute about?
I am the seller. The buyer, Morantubvvv, received the game account as agreed upon. But Morantubvvv issued a PayPal chargeback over a month later on Nov. 14, 2018, stealing his payment back from me. PayPal also applied an additional $20 chargeback fee to my account. Now my PayPal account is at negative $50.00
Other details / notes:
A chargeback means the PayPal buyer claims they never authorized payment. The only way that could be true is if Morantubvvv paid with a stolen PayPal account.
Morantubvvv paid via a PayPal account with the name Yash Verma and email address [email protected]. useeds, the Trade Guardian middleman, confirmed that both parties were satisfied with the transaction. I also followed up with Morantubvvv via chat to ensure he gained access to the account. And Morantubvvv left positive feedback for me on the sale. So there is no justification for the chargeback over a month later. Either Morantubvvv paid with a stolen PayPal account, or it is his PayPal account and he's lying to his bank to get his money back. I've tried emailing [email protected] with no response.
