Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Attempted to buy the account from MNDDN, we were in a video call.
MNDDN claimed that his paypal account cannot receive the money immediately. And opted for other options(Like sending money to family and friend instead of a sales via paypal).
In the end, we opted to transfer the money to his bank via Transferwise.
He said that he in unsure about this method and will only pass me the account after he received the money.
But as per the screenshot, he deleted/blocked me on Skype right after he got the money, and went MIA.
