You purchased the account before the 10/10/2019, so at least a month ago. I'm also pretty sure that there was no middleman involved, could you get some proof of your claims?

I have a feeling this user might be talking about a different account, I haven’t sold anything for the last five weeks

I have no messages with luxe from our original discord chat, they have been deleted. not sure if he blocked me or what happened. here me trying to get my account from epic games

I figured my discord message history issue. we used no MM. I had access to the account and email hooked to account for 2-3 weeks then it was pulled to the OG email. I was under the influence that I purchased Fa to the Og email

Why did you think it was oge? I wouldn't say it was if it wasn't, you still haven't shown any proof of the account being pulled, and there doesn't seem to be anything about EpicNPC on here, only OGU, a forum where ToS matters, and mine states that I'm not to be held accountable after the account leaves my hands.

Please show proof of this taking place on epicnpc, and show proof of the account being pulled

how do I do so? I can gladly prove i just dont know how else to do it, you can clearly see in my emails with epic that they say the only way i can recover is if i provide a whole bunch of information including the ip address where the account was created and things of that nature, which i don't have. I never was given OG email but the account was sold as full access. im saying the original owner used the og email which wasnt given to me to pull my account. i can do anything to prove it as i added 150 wins + 80$ worth of skins. the new username is bledgod. look at his match history. he averages about 2-3k/d and when it got pulled it was at 10+k/d. I can gladly help if more information is needed.

well, i have shown only discord messages. I have never messaged you on ogusers. additionally i was never shown your Tos, i was linked to ur ogusers profile to see reps which i didnt even care about. nothing about of btw i have a TOS, or maybe you should read my TOs. there was no TOS other than epicNPC's.

and I have never messaged lux on epicnpc. I added his discord and we talked there.

@Luxey is a member on this website so dispute can be handled here as well. Also , as I am already stated there is no account related to email [email protected]. From the support ticket provided by @Dustyourbackside we can saw that he was unable to know registration info so there is no way that he was able to change the account email.

Luxey I already asked you to contact OO and try to resolve this issue.

Please do not post anything except update that you are working on this issue or that you refunded to Dustyourbackside

We will give you 48 hrs to resolve this

He could have easily just changed the email? You don't need any registration info to change email, all you need to do is contact epic support.

When he gives me some proof of the account actually being pulled I will consider a refund, right now he has nothing

You do realise that you can change the email whenever you want by contacting support right? Therefore meaning that you have no evidence showing that the account was pulled, and I am still innocent.
 
By this, as a previous owner, you can do the same and recover this account right? So I am asking you to do this and I am not going to negotiate with you. You claim that is easy so please contact Epic support and recall this account then return him to @Dustyourbackside.

If you need anything such access to the previous email Dustyourbackside is obligated to help you

Is there another moderator who knows anything about Fortnite Accounts who could assist us with this dispute? You require email access to change the email using support, I have not had access to the email linked to the account for over 6 weeks.

I know perfectly how Fornite works but you are trying to mess up here. I have told you as you are one who sold this account you are responsible for everything related to the same.

[email protected] needs to be provided to you so you can contact support and prove your claim.

Also in your chat with Dustyourbackside you posted that previous email is [email protected] so you can use any of these and open a ticket with Epic Support

Please contact Luxey and ask for accounts registration Infos so you can reopen the tickets again. If he is willing to do this alone you can provide him emails because they are useless for you now without an account on them.
From the previous convo, he is convinced that tickets you posted are not real so I would like to give him a chance to prove his claims.

Can you show any actual proof of the account being pulled? Email conversations can be faked so easily. Or do you not need actual proof to get someone banned?

okay, so he denies the original form of proof. and when I ask what he wants he doesn't answer. what form of proof are u looking for lux? ill gladly provide it but I mean I don't know what else to show(ive said this 5 times between here and discord). I also do not have access to [email protected], and my recovery information has been changed. I can provide access to [email protected] if necessary.

I don't know how you can prove it, but email conversation can be faked so easily
 
not the best but only other thing I could think of. my stats vs his....... i dont have a 3.0 k/d on 1 out of 15 lol. you can see I have verified that profile through fortnite tracker because he has my TRN premium status and bio(not available to free members).

@Luxey As I previously stated I am not going to negotiate with you to accept and perform your own duties which you have as a seller on this website.

You sold the account for which you admitted that you are not the original owner and after your buyer lost the access all that we get from you are constantly repeating that he does not have proof.

At the same time, you did not think even for a second that OO is the one who recalled this account and you did not provide us any evidence about the same

We can accept that many recalls are difficult to prove, but you have not shown your intention to help in this case, and according to what I see, you do not intend to.
