Reported problem: Accused User: Keysa1809
Description of Incident:
I purchased a Goddess of Victory: Nikke game account from user Keysa1809 on the 8th of march 2026. The transaction was completed, and full access to the account and the associated Gmail address was handed over by the seller.
Approximately 26 hours ago, the account credentials and Gmail password were changed without my consent, completely locking me out of the fully purchased account. When I attempted to reach out to Keysa1809 via the on-site messenger to address this, the user has already blocked me, to cut off communication and avoid accountability, making it impossible to resolve the issue directly.
Since I own the account outright and the seller has illegally reclaimed/rug-pulled it after the sale, I am requesting that staff review our transaction logs, penalize this scammer with a permanent ban for fraud, and help secure justice for this violation of platform rules, or help me restore access to my accounts.
Outcome of dispute: Account was recalled & user was unable to refund their buyer.
