i check his EpicNPC acc and saw he had "okay" rep.
I have not traded with this person before.

i sent money and he just went away without any answer and dont give me account which i bought

notified he is responsible for all damages from his skype account in this instance since he has made very little effort warning people and you were in contact with him prior to this claim of hack.

Now also please provide an unedited copy of the photos where he gave his paypal account addresses and screenshot detailed payment payment pages. looks like there was more then one payment, please show all.

because I had some problems i couldn't send him money via PayPal...i dont know why....so he gave me proposal i can pay it via steam...because his brother have birthday today it is maybe lie too..i rly dont know.. so i sent money on steam account.......(On PayPal payment request doenst worked too) by the way both payments doesnt work fisrt e-mail is his brother and second is his.... and after this we did it via steam

Yeah I was incredibly interested in making a deal with this guy prior to the hacking of my Skype account ( I now have a new one ) But anyone that has ever bought from me and has ever come to my store and done deals with me, they're all well aware that I only ever do Paypal. I would never in my life do a Steam trade since that would put my own Steam account in jeopardy (i.e he can recover with the payment information)

So while you do have my deepest apologies that you did get scammed on the behalf of MY Skype account, being hacked. I did not have any involvment with any payment done on Steam.

I did however, and I fully admit that you attempted to send me your payment through Paypal but it went through as an Invoice for Merchandise so it was a lot of trouble and I refunded you fully for it. Picture here: http://prntscr.com/drnlvn

Anything done that was not with me, so once again I'm sorry for you being scammed on my behalf but theres nothing I can do about that now.

As shown on the picture I did do a Refund, and after that refund. I have no money as shown tehre, I have 1,68 Eur. And my income is literally selling accounts.


So wait, If someone that has 200-300+ Feedback then got their skype Hacked, since they're a bigger target. And then he did remove his Skype from his profile aswell as changed his Thread info, That was on all my active threads btw. And then the Hacker managed to scam lets say 10-20ish People during that amount of time. That person would have to pay back every single dime to all those 10-20 People? Because that doesnt seem right, It's like someone robs me on the streets irl, Grabs my ID, Robs a store (Without a mask so their face is clearly showing) Then displays my ID and I, the person on the ID gets jailtime if I dont pay back the store everything. That's kind of how this situation is panning out.

Yes. Most of the time it is the person's who's skype was hacked responsibility. Sometimes we wont hold the seller accountable if they actively changed all their threads and a user was scammed 3+ days later. But you were in contact with this person before your skype was hacked, therefore he had absolutely no way of knowing the person on your skype was not you.​

Hey!
I would like to add that Lotu was supposed to powerlevel an account for me. He began the boost in December 29-30 and did not respond to me from the 31st. He boosted a Hardcore character in PoE. That character died, from that point on I received no messages from him.
I did not pay money in advance so there was no scam involved.
If his skype was indeed hacked he would have contacted me in some other way. I do not beleive this story at all. It makes no sense for him to not to contact me in the middle of a boost when his skype was hacked. I think he just died and did not want to speak to me.
I have my skype logs to back this up if it is needed for any reason.
I find Lotu extremely suspicious.
I hope this helps in some way.
