Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
The guy added me and offered 3 accounts, he wanted 25$ for all but after some negociating he agreeded on 15$ for just one of them. When I send the money he refused to let me access the account I bought saying I need to buy all three (he wanted me to send the remaining 10$ so he sells all at once while we agreeded about only 1). When I asked him to return my money he tried to manipulate me saying I can't get my money back and that I can take all 3 or stay with nothing. I refused to send more money and 15$ have not been returned. I didn't get the account I paid for and there's no reply from him. I got scammed.
