I purchased a Lotro account from this guy this morning, paid via PayPal using a CC, I was at work so I logged into admin site and changed all info after he gave me the login details.

Once I got home and tried to access in game, I was notified I had purchased a banned account - it may be a temporary ban, but still.

Well, I am fairly certain this user has been banned multiple times, under several usernames... Mizzan and such.

I dealt with the person selling the banned account. I can confirm that what nd4s says is true. That user is Mizzan, a banned user on EpicNPC. I will need to submit the documents via a private message if that is alright, because it contains other private information.

Sephirofl can confirm that this user is previous scammer Mizzan - I also can submit screenshots whatever if needed.

This is the account I wanted to get unbanned but Sephirofl failed to do so. I knew that his product was not 100% guarantee to get this account unbanned but I tried anyways. I kept sending emails to turbine but they all failed this is what turbine gives me back everytime. Sephirofl never answered my question as to "have you ever had a permabanned account recovered from Turbine?" Well this will explain why. As for nd4spdracer I told you to call Turbine about that account which is a F2P account. So unless you two work for the same company or your in one in the same person how did you come up with this so quickly? So instead of talking to me about this they open up a scam report. Sephirofl is getting back at me for his negative feedback, in which if you look at his profile he already has. And reguardless this is what Turbine gives me in a response everytime I send a letter from Sephirofl emails...so as you can see its like throw my head against a wall.

Well, for one, a scam report puts everything out in the open and protects both sides to some extent.

As for why me and Sephirofl got together, he saw I posted in your thread and asked about you as you just left a negative for no apparent reason. We talked for a bit, and it came up that you were using the name Mizzan quite a bit - which is the name of a banned user.

I opened a scam thread simply because I paid you for account, and I received the details. I was able to login, and update all info on admin site, however, when I attempted to login it would not allow. I logged into the forums, and it stated I was banned, for no specified reason.

Ban falls off in less than a week, per that warning; however, I am upset that I was sold an account that is banned, even if it turns out to be temporary.

Please explain why you sold me a banned account. Please remove any reference to specific accounts from your post.

You will be able to enjoy helms deep beta! And for anyone else who knows about this, well you can only get beta invites if your account is NOT banned.

I did not receive any notification via email, due in part when you bought the account I removed the email for security purposes.

As for me giving Sephirofl negative feedback all you have to do is read my earlier post why I gave him negative feedback it to his account. So you want a reason why I did? I paid for a premium service as he calls it for $35 to unban my Mizzan perma banned account and the service did not work. He made sure to tell us there is no refunds on this service, so ya and I am not the only one that gave him negative feedback.

And as this is going to be my last post on the PIECE OF S HIT WEBSITE F U CK YOU EPIC NPC for making me log in every five G OD DAM N MINUTES YOU F UCK TARDED MAGGOT AS S CLOWNS!
and it does look like I got back on this website not matter how many times you banned my other accounts!
 
Could I get a mod to remove the screenshots and verbage aabout this specific account that Jayson90 posted above?

If that is seen by the wrong folks account could be perma banned.

I spoke with Jayson90 further on this - I beleive this account was temp banned due to a hate post he made on forums about recent downtime, Lotro servers were down this past Sunday/Monday. I believe his hate post was during and about the server outage, and he did not log in game after server was back up so it is possible he did not know of the ban.

Ban is set to come off on 9/6/13 - hopefully I have account free and clear then.
 
I have been on skype, and I respond to your emails. That was a lifetime service, where you submitted two messages from me, and you will not respond to me. I provided you with the service you requested, even though you are ban vading this site.

Mizzan is still a banned user, creating a new username only hides from that. I am only trying to help nd4s, I am not talking about our issues, but since you brought it up, I have no problem with it.

If you used a skype, or talked to me like you were meant to, we would continue, but you said you were done with Turbine, and this game. YOU elected to quit service, after two letters, when I had informed you it can take a lot more then that. So how is it that I receive a negative feedback, when you stop using my service? This is something YOU chose to do, not me.
