Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Before 17 hours i dealed with a guy for 500 mmr points. I got payment as services/goods (he is from singapore so he is not able to send as friends/family). He seems like good guy and i trusted him. I started instantly working with his account and played 8 games. Lost 1 won 7. Totally got 150 MMR in 6 hours and went bed. When i woke up he was talking about "its taking too much". It's just been 12 hours since order was placed and almost %27 of the order is done and customer talking about it's taking too much. I just told him we dont have friends at Valve and we getting this points by playing and it's totally normal it's taking time. He was like okay and i fell asleep. And then i woke up with mail from Paypal telling me that money is disputed. Guy was saying service isn't delivered as promised.
