Scammed by establishrs

Okay so here’s what happened we agree on a deal $100 for his Gaia online account that had a bunch of items in it, I told him I usually do $50 first, get login info, then send last $50 he agrees and I send the first $50 he then ends up stalling and asks me to use cash app. I don’t agree with using cash app cause I’m not comfortable with it tbh, he then asks if I would want a refund I agree and asked he then would go on and ghost me 30min-1hr at a time then just completely stops talking. When I called him out his epicnpc post where I initially found his selling forum he goes on to say he has refunded me, I ask for screenshots as I wasn’t seeing it on my PayPal feed and he shows me a bogus screen shot where it says money received- pending ( That does NOT mean it’s pending a refund it’s just pending for the money to go into his account, also called PayPal to ask if he was pending to refund they told me It isn’t and he didn’t even try to.) I then at the very end tell him I would like a refund again and tried to be civil about it then threaten to go to my bank for it (sorry for the messy attachments bare with me I’m on mobile atm)
edit: it was done through friends and family on PayPal. It should’ve been a red flag but unfortunately I didn’t see through it
