What is the dispute about? account, money, service?: The scammer got what he asked for and a little more than 20 days later, decided to chargeback on paypal saying he never received the item.. The skype screenshots say otherwise and the in-game transaction is there to prove it.

Approximate value of property: a little more than 35€ (including Paypal chargeback fees)

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He started the dispute on paypal and elevated it. I'm currently trying to contact PayPal's support to inform them of the situation, but I doubt I'll get a response today (it's Sunday). I'll maybe call them to get information if I have time (busy with uni).

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes / No (optional): Yes, I always look for my client's skype ID and it has helped me not getting scammed (and getting scammers banned). He had no scamming history..
Have you traded with this person before? Yes / No (optional): NO!
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? (optional): Maybe 5 ? Two of them took the time to rate me positive...

Hi. I have asked to add the seller onto skype but I have NEVER added him due to timezone constrain.

I did PM him stating interest regarding of his item, but I have never made a direct contact on him as I am inactive on EpicNPC where he did not respond to my SKYPE ADD.

First and foremost, that is not my SKYPE ID but however contains some of my information. Seller probably got baited into adding someone else who he thinks it's me when I said I sent him an add.

Second, I do not have a paypal account with the email [email protected].
