What is the dispute about?
I bought the account for $835 and paid the MM cost, but in less than 4 hours he got the account back. He pretended that he did not know anything about what happened, later he confessed that he wanted his account back, and that he would return the money, five days have passed and I have not received a response from him, when he told me that he would return it to me the next day. I send him requests by paypal to return the money and he cancels them. Delac has information on all this and he is a witness to everything that happened.
Other details / notes:
He sold me the account with a Russian mail, which he knew perfectly well how he could recover it since not even the two-step verification worked. I researched about that mail.ru and if he entered his personal data in that account, it's quite easy to recover even if you don't have access to it.
