after saying he will email he his userinfo he never replied

i wont ask for a refund but ban

I can confirm that's his email.

I see you also created a Trade Guardian transaction, but then didn't use it. This is the 2nd time you've been scammed in a week. I highly recommend to only use Trade Guardian in the future.
