What is the dispute about?
I brought Genshin Impact account from this guy and asked if he was the original owner and we agreed on him showing receipts on purchases he made for the account to prove ownership and as a way to not be able to recover his account back. I opted to not use MM and paid with Paypal F&F which I have always done with no problems. The moment I did he ignored me and never gave me any information to the account and when trying to message his discord it was changed.
