What is the dispute about? $35 and got my account which I had invested a lot of money into banned

The seller in question was selling Overwatch account boosting services. I told him my only concern with buying boosting was that I didn't want hacks to be used on the account. He assured me they weren't and streamed some of him playing to prove it for me. Below is a copy of the conversation between him and I, which he has since deleted his side of the messages from discord. However, it's obvious I'm not talking to myself. Additionally, the discord group for boosts that he referred people to has banned him now upon seeing this evidence. They actually confronted him with the evidence and asked why his side of the conversation mysteriously vanished and he responded by leaving the group, which resulted in a perma ban.
I paid him half up front ($35) for my boost, but my high leveled account with almost every skin and a ton of golden weapons being banned is a loss in money that far exceeds that $35 loss.

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? Easily over 40
