Sir, im sorry to say but mihoyo always refuses when their player ask which one payment that got refunded, so the buyer must ask to mihoyo using Invoices.

We got another victim of him, we got another professional seller from Indonesia who showed us the Maths and showed us how there is no way for Vooster to sell a pack that's originally worth 114$ for 70$ unless he used refund, we also have proof that he kept selling Primo even after you said not to and now he doesn't own up. I don't think there is anything else that can be added top prove he's a scammer. As you were able to see yourself, no one here supported his lies while everyone else agreed with what I/everyone is saying

there is no such things "BULK" with 40%-50% off from original price

also, you need to explain everyone else here how do you sell a 100$ genesis for just 70$?
sure you probably can do it before they are fixing the brazilian price, but the fix is way before zhongli banner which by one of the screenshot, you are still selling 100$ packs for 70$
you can also show invoices, invoices are stored in your email for like a year or something, could be more
