So, i bought some Primogemes from Vooster. He said that it's all fine and safe. Few weeks ago, i got a warning from the game saying that i've request a refund and that i should cancel my request. I asked him about it and i told him to cancel it and he said that he didn't do it and that it will be fine (check the screen). Now i have - 23 700 primogems and im going to get banned for it. When i faced him , he said : not my fault. He laied to me about the refund abuse and now i'm paying for his lies

@Vooster Can you help your customer please? Clearly he isn't the one who would refund on his own account that he paid money for.

How do we know if the customer disputing never top up with any other 3rd party provider?
We never posted any top up services in EpicNPC ever since the region discount method has been disabled by Mihoyo.

There's no proof that Vooster did any refund, and there's no proof that customer shadlae1995 never top up with other 3rd party supplier.

I didn't buy from someone else because :
1/ I already bought from him
2/ i only trusted him
3/ he did ask me i think twice to buy from him and i refused saying that's broke
4/ i promised i'Ll buy from him once i have the money again and when Segnorita will be out

There are tons of other websites who sell 3rd party top up for genshin impact. So we might not know if you actually doing same dispute to other sellers somewhere across the internet.

Any mods/admins please review this so we can proceed on restoring my reputation.

And then if you want to say all this, here what I'll say,

1. We never do any refund because we know that won't be able to do business here at EpicNPC anymore due to their strict policy about this;
2. And having loyal customers worth whole lot more than being scammer by doing refund.

Then plz tell why iM going to get banned for requesting refund? i don t tell me the *you bough from someone else excuse*. We BOTH know i can't afford it and I've told you that many times when you kept asking me to buy from you.
And that reputation excuse doesn't work. You sell boosting and other services, you get feedbacks for them. We're talking about how you lied and going to ban my account with PRIMO refund abuse. Having a good review for a good boosting doesn't mean you don't use refund on primo
And not because you're not doing something anymore doesn't mean you won't get punished for something you did in the past.

Fine, let's wait for the admin. It will also give me time to talk with MIho's support

Upon purchase, you never asked for receipts. So we don't keep them.

Yep, this was one of our operators. We never do any refund so his words are dumb to give in to you.

We dealt with hundreds of customers, once purchase is done, if they ask for receipts we give them. We don't keep track of all receipts.

Mod please assist, this is getting out of hands.

Everyone does hundreds of purshases in the daily life and ofc we throw receipts, that's why bank store these receipt and transactions and send them to your email. So if you check your email and/or ask your bank for the transaction and a proof of none refund, they will gladly give it to you. I should know, i used to work in a bank.
Plus, since Miho asked me to give them a proof for not refunding, then it means it's perfectly douable.
Also yes, we need an admin asap

Also, you don't have operators on discord. I've talked the whole time to the same person and don't try to lie. We talked about computers, ff14, switch games, favorite switch games and i even showed you my switch design. I really thought of you as a friend man and then you back stab me like this

Genesis prices based on the official website for Indonesia are as follows:

300 Genesis = 79000 IDR = US$5.63 (tax Included)
980 Genesis = 249000 IDR = US$17.75 (tax Included)
1980 Genesis = 479000 IDR = US$34.15 (tax included)
3280 Genesis = 799.000 IDR = US$56.97 (tax Included)
6480 Genesis = 1.599.000 IDR = US$114.01 (tax Included)

however, most service sellers in Indonesia sell genesis at tax-free prices. because they use google playstore balance to buy it.

Which Payment gateway did you used? is it Google Play? App Store? Mihoyo Website or other website?

As Service Providers, your provider always kept invoices that you have done for more than a year stored in yours.

If gooogle play then invoices will be kept in the email that is used to pay.

If Credit card or paypal then invoices will be kept on the bank that is used to pay and its impossible to remove/delete invoices except you do a refund.

And can you prove that every payment that he did has invoices in it? if not then you did a Illegal payment.

Thanks, Admin or moderator can wait for Vooster to prove his innocence or if he can't then he's guilty
 
and Mihoyo will not give an explanation which payment is refunded, so if you're a legal seller you can provide your innocence with Invoice payment so buyer can ask mihoyo if his invoice is legit.

one more thing, its said that if you sell primogem here for way below the market price. Will automatically trigger ban flag here on epicNPC.

one of the example is Carding or Refunded payment but if your payment is legit, you can prove it with your Invoice Payment
Whatever your reason, your payment will not deleted by your service provider
if you pay with CC just ask your bank
if you pay with google play just view your e-mail or ask google so they can provide it

if he has the invoice he alrdy prove it since 2 days ago and this case closed , the reason he didn't do it of course he didn't have it.
how can someone selling 24k primo for $140 without illegal way. lmao.

I see that i'm not the only one who getting deduction too, just 2 weeks after buying from him. On discord, he told me that's safe (15000k deduction now).....
