Scammed after payment

I bought a account from KingKong21 and I sent the payment first. He asked for the payment to be sent as friends and family so I sent by friends and family but now I can’t even request for the payment to be canceled or anything since he already received the money. He then sent the account information but it didn’t work. So we spend the next 30 minutes trying to get me the account. At the end I ask for a refund of my money and he said okay and never sent the money back. Now he doesn’t even respond. I just want my money back or something.

Is there a way for me to get my money back?

Try and contact PayPal, but most likely not due to the method it was sent. You can also contact your bank that you used your card with if PayPal wont help you.
