What is the dispute about?
Bought a Bleach brave souls account from this user on the 27th April 2021. I had re-sold this account on 13th May 2021. I had woken up to a message from the buyer saying that the account has been accessed/hacked and most characters has been deleted. They also changed the name and left a message on under the name - https://gyazo.com/5a333ac072eb104d4ec883df0d47d914
I spoke with the buyer about this matter before i contacted @xxandrewxx to ask what has happened. The buyer was very easy to work with, He was not after a refund, he was not unhappy with the account. There was no talks prior to this about not being happy with the account, wanting a refund or to trade for another account. He just wants to get to the bottom of this like i do.
After talking with @xxandrewxx, he has assured me that he had nothing to do with it. That he made the account and no-one else has had access to it. After some digging i noticed the same day he SOLD his post about selling the account is the same day that he posted this negative feedback on another users profile - https://gyazo.com/a7dd996e44a1652a3ff24a071d30a8eb
Which makes me think, It WAS the same account that was scammed/stolen and that someone else did in fact have access to the account.
Also i have just noticed this account was labeled "SOLD" 7 Days prior to me buying it - https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/cheap-mid-endgame-bbs-account.1924088/

I have tried to work with @xxandrewxx in this matter but he is very adamant that he has nothing to do with this and that my buyer is the one trying to scam me.
