Approximate value of property: $2,500 USD ($500 was paid, $2,000 USD remain)

What is the dispute about?
This user purchased a high tier Bleach Brave Souls games from me. Since the price tag was so high, We both agreed on a payment plan with a contract in place. Since then, This user has made the first payment of $500 USD with the intentions to pay the remaining $2,000 USD in sums at the 23rd of every Month. Yes it was silly to give him access to the account before final payment was made. That is my mistake.
Since then no payment has been made and no contact has been made via any social networks.
As per the contact, He was not to change the Klab Login information, Which has since been changed. He also stated to me via Discord he will NOT be playing the account because he would be working away. I have checked multiple times and the account is constantly been played daily.
I also had noticed the user joined a guild (Which is no problem at all) To his knowledge he did not know i know most people in said Guild. They all informed me that it is being played daily and also claimed that someone "Hacked" / "Is accessing" his account and left the guild and changed the name of account.
Which i can confirm that was him because, At no time i said do not join a guild. I had no problems with that at all and the name can be changed once daily so again, i had no problem with him changing the name.
This user has since been online via EpicNPC and Discord and refuses to respond to me. I have also been made aware the discord account that he has contacted me with is an "Alt" account and the discord he uses in the Guild's discord is different and from what i know that discord account is blacklisted on a lot of discords for scamming previously.
There is a lot of information i could add to this dispute but to save everyone time of reading it (Unless otherwise asked) i will keep it at bay until it is requested.
