What is the dispute about?
I was looking for a HI3 account and Dika1133 posted on my thread. We exchanged discord via PM. He offered an account for $30 (and claimed he was OO) and we had a bit of back and forth since I only offered $20 but no deal ended up happening.

Today, he messaged me as he was rush selling and was willing to let go of the account for $20. We agreed for him to go first (and claimed he was OO when I asked again), but when he shared the account info, I noticed that it had the same username as an HI3 account I inquired from another user a few days back (which was instantly sold so I couldn’t buy it; user was Lutfillahi on discord).

I asked Dika1133 again and he lied by saying Lutfillahi was his friend. As the screenshots show, this wasn’t the case.

Hoping some action can be done against Dika1133 as he lied about being OO just to sell me an account. Seems that he has another account too (Veable013) on epic. You can check my PMs to verify that.
