SCAMMER : chespystore

I m selling an gw2 account there :

He sent me a mp asking for my discord which I gave
We discuss on discord.
We agree on price
Payment paypal
He says he sent the money. I got nothing. He says go check mailbox.
There I found an email that looks like paypal, a negative invoice for the amount we agreed upon.
With these general terms :

"Thank you for using Paypal services.
You received a payment. Due to the new security standards, we are completing your transaction. The amount has already been withdrawn from the buyer.Your sale can now be finalized with total security and Paypal guarantee. We will finalize the money transfer between 1-3 business days. "

Since it was the first time I see that, I said i would call the paypal support. Than I checked the email I received once more

But I don t see my real name on the document. Or paypal always put your real name to avoid scam ^^

So negative bill doesn t egal you ll get money ^^

I didnt talked with him through Discord just asked his Discord.
But I did not get to call him by the Discord.
False accusation is a crime.

And as you can see I opened this thread just after the conversation. I first reported him. That where I got a msg telling me to open a dispute. I also put him a negative feedback
 
I've got exact same issue with this guy. I have covered my email address, however I can send uncovered ones to mod as PM. Exact same issue, adds me, sends fake invoice saying that he paid.

Well all i can say is that I sent only my discord tag to him, Than a few hours later I get a friend request and the person was there for my post here
Than they must be working together. In the discord discussion, he talked about a friend

I haven't opened dispute to this guy before this, because I was like uh whatever, it may have been chance, a slight chance that is, that somebody else added me, however after seeing another instance of similar experience, I can't help it, but to report it. I'm not one to believe in coincidences.

for me it was a sure thing. I m not using discord anymore so it had to be him

I stop using discord for 2 months now. I only gave my tag to him 200% sure thing
The day I give him, I receive a friend request a few hours later. Its him or one of his friends

also hagrida is invoice 006 and i'm 007. Can you see to how many people he sent private msg asking for discord tag in the last few days ? @Angel
