Method of Contact Used (chat progam): EpicNPC/Discord (after account was stolen/recalled)
Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: BillyGaters/BillyGaters#7361

I purchased a steam account from BillyGaters last week which had a New World Alpha Key activated on it. Today the account was self-locked by the original owner and I cannot recover it as I do not know the original email/phone number associated with the account. I messaged him today on EpicNPC for the info and confirmed he read the request. Only someone with the original access to the account could self-recover it. The only game on the account was the New World Alpha. What's even crazier is they admit to trying to steal this account back in my conversation with them.

Interestingly enough after I tried to contact the seller to remedy the situation, I also issued a dispute with PayPal & my CC company. He quickly added me on Discord to discuss. Blurred my image out for privacy.

Not sure what to make of this now. I feel like others should be warned if they dealt with this seller because I am not the only one potentially impacted by this. I have no security on being able to retain ownership of the account. He could just self-lock it at any time. Maybe even put in a steam ticket to request it permanently banned. Ban BillyGaters and remove his negative feedback on my account. Thanks.

That picture is photoshop. I did try get it back because he did chargeback first. We talked in discord voice and since i didnt record it this time now im getting framed.

@ EpicNPC BillyGaters has scammed at least 2 people and probably more than that. Also the PayPal dispute was opened 21 minutes after he self-locked the Steam account. Nice try.

And somehow why are you not showing your profile pick of discord?

And already told you if want the account back, just remove the charge back, you are pretty quick on doing it, but not quick to undo it? Why is that? i was quick to give the unlock of the account, but somehow you said something first let me check or secure the account? how can i do that if you suddenly charged back? duh.

There's not a lot to add. You admitted to stealing the account, accused me of photoshopping an overwhelming amount of evidence without any evidence to support your claims. Awaiting a mod review.

Well good for you, you charged back and you said yourself you did it, i gave account back, but you didnt remove charge back, because you was trying to secure it more tightly? yeah right my friend would wait for it. it was a second to me give it to you and it was takin you more then an hour to remove it while it took you a second to charge it back.
 
I think you missed the point that you admit to stealing the account. Which means you can/will steal it again in the future. I started a charge back to protect myself from your behavior. You've since resold the account to another victim. You should still face consequences for attempting to scam me. You don't get forgiveness because you got caught said "I'm sorry".

I am reporting this user for posting things of personal life which is not relevant since this violates privacy and ppl can use the person at hand real name to do flamatory things. Has you can see only now he posted about paypal pic showing almost everything about the owner of the other paypal account which has nothing to do with this discussion and somehow he felt offended when i did the same? This is just to complement in my report@MOD@ADMINS who take case of this, since somehow he felt offended by doing same thing he did, then i reported him on the post he showed provite info. what i hope both posts are deleted then take care of the rest of the thread how you see fit.

@Angel He deleted all of his own messages in the Discord conversation. Surely there is enough here. He wasn't going to leave it there which is why I screenshotted it right when he typed it. Also he has completely stolen the account back so I cannot access the recovery code screen that I have above, the password and email have both been changed. A video will only show you the emails from Steam and Paypal with a blank conversation with BillyGaters because he deleted it and blocked me.

The email should be enough because he is blaming you that you edited photo

@Hamaja Can you chime in here? You're currently using the Steam account "billygaterss" that he sold to me, stole back, then sold to you. The email on file for this appears to be yours as well. He sold it to you under Tom Bauss on Discord.

He got called out on the New World discord for buying his key and selling his account by 2 members, he also wiped all of his message on the New World discord and left it just after this dispute thread was open, but the tag remains so we can still find his account, it's the correct discord

( he also asked to buy a key to a member, probably to scam as well )

Also, he bought his key to @heidenka , Heidenka can actually get the account banned if needed by just contacting Amazon support and locking the key, since the key is linked to an Amazon account required for the forum

You self-locked the account the second time not even 30 minutes after the conversation. I never speak with strangers on Discord using voice and never with you. You locked it the second you thought I cancelled the PayPal chargeback. I think Occam's Razor applies here, 3 different people unrelated from one another colluding calling you a scammer with evidence OR you're just a ****ing POS scammer. Kind of obvious what is happening.

Also since you have the account back, how is @Hamaja playing on it right now? So you deserve to keep the account AND the money paid to you by at least 2 different people? Ok dude.

And i have the account because i didn't sell it? i am not tom jerry guy man, i already told you remove and account is back. it is simple :)

Well i did not see what you said since only staff can view it. So try sending it for me in PM. Or staff make me available to see it.
Also you guys must have photoshopped this tom guy discord to look like my ID or something because i only changed my profile photo but i am still BillyGaters with same ID.
