What is the dispute about?
Scam accusation. I made a deal with this user of 160 billion in-game currency (silver) of GamezBD for $280 dollars. Due to his 'good reviews' and being verified on the forum I accept paying him upfront. Upon my payment made he showed me that transaction was on hold as the screenshot. According to my request to Paypal client service the transaction was finished on 19 SEP, exactly 24 hours after the payment. He has not replied to me ever since that time and block/delete me on Discord ever since. I also sent him message before and after the payment, and he has never replied after giving me his Paypal account.
Other details / notes:
I have erased my name off the screenshot of payment for my privacy, but can upload the original version or send it to staffs in private if they deem it necessary.
On the payment details page on Paypal his email is not directly visible, presumably because he disabled contact option. But the identity of the recipient (him, the accused) can be seen from screenshot that this user is him according to the email he gave me.
