What is the dispute about?

I got scammed off of 40$ because he contacted me with the username "RP_Jekyll" and showed proof he was indeed him( by showing the dms) because i asked for him to respond to it, at the end he blocked me and sent a text saying he was an impersonator and that he scammed me. I had to buy 2 Amazon cards of 20$ each to get it..

I just cloacked it but he showed DMs where we could see that it was you indeed and that my dm was opened, how was i supposed to know i'm really new to here

Given the evidence provided here, it looks like you were contacted by an off site scammer impersonating @RP_Jekyll, it's even admitted in the conversation. Since no confirmation or any kind of communication was made on EpicNPC, there is no way of knowing for sure who you were talking to on Discord, even if names and tags are the same. In the future I’d recommend staying on site when you can for any kind of dealings, and avoid Discord altogether and use an MM service to help keep you safe.

Important Note: If a reputable EpicNPC user contacts you directly on Discord about a post on EpicNPC, be extremely cautious here! Most scammers will do this to attempt to set up deals and take your items or money all the while impersonating trusted users.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I would recommend opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal to try and recover the founds if you can, or repoting the keys as stolen, good luck.
