when he blocked me he changed his discord id to niggercock#1922, i tried to re-add him back but discord prompts error

What is the dispute about?
Gaidelis added me on discord to sell a game account (danmachi memoria freese). Then he showed the images of the account and we agreed on a price $25 at first. First, he said his paypal is limited. Not sure what it meant so he said he’ll send his sister’s paypal email to me so I could wired the money over. After awhile, the money got refunded and he said to try sending money to his paypal instead. That too, was refunded due to a hold in payment. Guess he couldn’t get the money. So he requested to me to get a google play gift card worth 15 euros, somehow gave me a discount. I went out, bought the gift card and sent it to him. Upon receiving the code, I was blocked from discord. Couldn’t get him after that. After that, I got to know that the paypal email he sent me was not his and the person doesn't even know who Gaidelis is.
Other details / notes:
He's currently still active on epicnpc looking for the next prey
