What is the dispute about?
I wanted to buy his Maplestory 2 account with Legendary founders, etc. Basically I sent him/her the money agreed upon and he I never receieved the account at all. The money was sent via Steam gift card codes and he never held up his end of the bargain at all. Multiple people have replied to his thread and he has possibly scammed them as well. It was a plain and simple scam. There was a second scam via the company I was buying codes from however I have resolved it with them separately. In the end, he had received a total of $120 USD from me and I had received absolutely nothing from him (the codes and email did not work). He has also changed his username on discord as of now to [Derik1#4826] so I suspect he will try to scam someone else. As specified in the thread he had posted, he said that unless I was reputable, he would not go first. He would also avoid the questions of me asking for proof the account existed.
Other details / notes: As soon as I requested the account he had blocked me on discord and I have no way of contacting him at all.

Did the seller say he is the original owner? He was most likely an impersonator given that he spoke worse English than in his post.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? The same information that was suggested in the beginning of the post.
