Other information: User contacted me stating that they had saw my post on epicnpc https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/looking-for-4k-hours-at-a-reasonable-price.1469409/ After speaking with them, they charged me $17 USD to start the services to get me 4k viewed hours on a video. An hour later, they said that their internet had crashed and said that the price went up. They asked me to send $20 additional to complete the service and it would be done in 10 hours. 24 hours later, I contacted them to see if there was any progress and they didn't respond.
