What is the dispute about? Long story short, account has been recalled. Safepoint handed me a replacement product that was way cheaper than what I have lost but I had no other choice to agree to it. After I got account, I did not change any information (such as mail, password, mail's password and so on). I kept it under possession of Safepoint. Lately, one of my buyers asked for that product and when I tried to login, it said there is no such an account exists. Basically replacement account that Safepoint handed me is also recovered.
I informed him about that issue and since past 8 days, I am not receiving any responses.
